This is where you can ask us about any technical detail on the motorcycle or a problem you need solved.  Please note that this is the official site for Royal Enfield UK, so we are only able to offer advice on UK models.  If your machine was purchased outside the UK we will not be able to assist you, due to differing specifications.

Whether it’s a simple question of which oil you should use or something that’s puzzling you about in-service performance, just use the e-mail form below and our technical department will get back to you quickly (please note that we are only able to respond during normal office hours, Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM).

Please note that we are not able to offer technical support for non-UK (or "parallel import") models, as these are NOT covered by our official warranty and their specification differs significantly from UK models.
